7TH INTERNATIONAL IBERIAN BIOPHYSICS CONGRESS

The 7th International Iberian Biophysics Congress will take place from 14 to 16 June 2021 in an online format. This meeting is a joint organization of the Portuguese and Spanish Biophysical Societies and gathers together Researchers and Students from the area of Biophysics.

The scientific program is still not closed, but a large number of invited speakers is already confirmed. It is organized in 9 symposia, eight of which are thematic, one (“New and Notable”) is focused on very recent important publications in Biophysics, and one (“Awards Symposium”) recognizes some Scientists for outstanding contributions to this scientific area. In addition to the traditional areas of Biophysics, in this edition there will be one symposia focused on the important area of application of biophysical methods “Biophysics in Health”. The Spanish Biophysical Society (SBE) kindly funds 25 grants (40 €) for young researchers to attend the 7th International Iberian Biophysics Congress.
